Our business model

We design modern essentials for women and men. These pieces are carefully considered and combined into wardrobe sets - available only as a single purchase.

Designed in NYC and made in Italy, we produce in limited quantity, and exceptional quality. WARDROBE.NYC is available exclusively via our website, with no traditional retail margins. This approach allows unprecedented value for true luxury goods.

Our fabric sourcing and manufacturing practices

All of our garments are developed and produced in Italy exclusively for WARDROBE.NYC. Our fabrics are of the finest quality - sourced from leading Italian textile mills. We employ the best processes and manufacturing standards to create a true luxury product.

How many units do we produce

We produce in strictly limited quantities.

Can I buy single items?

We offer our pieces as part of a complete wardrobe set. Once you become a wardrobe customer, you may ‘top-up’ any item in your wardrobe as an individual purchase. Contact Customer Care to arrange your ‘top-up’.

Can I select a size for each item?

Yes, you may select a size for each individual item within the wardrobe.

Can I top-up my order with my favorite item?

Once you become a wardrobe customer, you may ‘top-up’ any item in your wardrobe as an individual purchase. Contact Customer Care to arrange your ‘top-up’.

Can I exchange an item, or multiple items from my order?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange any item(s) from your wardrobe purchase, within 5 days of receipt. Items may be exchanged for the same item, in a different size. 

Can I return an item for a credit or refund?

You may only obtain a credit or refund for the return of your entire wardrobe. We do not offer credits or refunds for individual items. Contact Customer Care to arrange your return.

Free exchanges and returns

We provide a one-time free exchange or return on all orders. Contact Customer Care, to arrange a pre-paid label for your exchange or return.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic (USA) and international orders. The cost of shipping is included in the listed price on the website in your local currency.

International regions

We ship to most international regions. Refer to our country selector to view the list of countries that we ship to.

Delivery to Russia

Wardrobe.NYC does deliver to Russia, however all orders into Russia are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

Will I be charged any additional duties and taxes?

All listed prices in local currency include dyty and tex. All international orders, expect Russia, are delivered Duties Delivered Paid (DDP).

When will I receive my order?

After processing, standard ground shipping within the USA will take 5-7 days depending on the shipping address and time of year. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International shipping will take 3-5 days via DHL. Orders delivering to NYC can be expected within 2-3 days.
