Shipping 

WARDROBE.NYC offers free Domestic and International shipping.

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is in transit. If you do not receive a confirmation email or suspect an error, please feel free to contact  customercare@wardrobe.nyc.

During an ARCHIVE SALE please allow for additional processing times due to high demand.

Domestic Shipping - USA

FedEx is our vendor for all domestic orders delivered within the United States.
Please keep in mind orders are typically processed when all items are available. If you have any queries or would like to upgrade to an express service, please contact customercare@wardrobe.nyc

Once in transit, Standard FEDEX ground shipping within the USA typically delivers in 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping address and time of year. Shipments to the East Coast will usually take 1-2 business days.

Please be mindful, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unexpected shipping delays during transit.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. You may request to waive this requirement by contacting FedEx directly. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. WARDROBE.NYC does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.

FedEx operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For example, your work address is recommended. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

International Shipping (excluding Russia)

DHL is our vendor for all orders delivered outside the United States.

DHL offers On Demand Delivery (ODD). This allows customers to waive the signature requirement or update their delivery information. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. WARDROBE.NYC does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.

DHL operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For example, your work address is recommended.

At this time, DHL Express is not available in Indonesia and India. Orders to these markets will ship DHL Standard (5-10 Business Days to India, 6-14 Business Days to Indonesia).

*Some remote areas can take up to 8 business days.

International Shipping - Russia

Landmark Freight is our vendor for all orders delivered to Russia.

Once your payment is received, it may take up to 24 hours to process your shipment depending on the day and time your order was placed. Purchases made after 12:00pm EST are processed the following business day. Orders placed on a weekend, or US public holiday will be processed the following business day.

The shipping rate and delivery time are outlined below:

Duty & Taxes

Sales Tax - USA

All orders shipped to New Jersey & New York are subject to sales tax. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout. 

Duty & Taxes - International (excluding Russia, India, Indonesia)

All orders shipped to most international markets are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

Some international regions will ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

If you are asked to pay additional duties or taxes please contact customer care, and we will work with our trade partners to resolve.

Duty & Taxes - Russia, India, Indonesia

Payment of any fees is the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Assessment of duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country and are based on the value of the order. Please contact your local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax and duties.

Once a package arrives, the customer will be contacted to clear the package with the local customs office.  WARDROBE.NYC will supply all documents for custom clearance. 

If you need any additional supporting documentation, please contact Customer Care, and we will work with our trade partners to resolve. 

First Time Orders

For security purposes, WARDROBE.NYC reserves the right to decline first time orders shipped to a location other than the cardholder’s billing address, secondary residence or work address. To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide the billing and shipping information associated with your payment method.

Insurance

WARDROBE.NYC insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by a third party is sufficient proof of delivery by WARDROBE.NYC.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused, the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes associated with the return will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
