Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Additional international payment methods may be available at checkout in certain regions.


International orders to the following regions are charged in local currency - UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia. For other regions, the local currency will appear dependent on where you are located when placing the order.

Pre-Order Payments

Pre-Order customers have the option to pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit. The balance 50% will be charged automatically when your complete order is ready to ship.

Payment Terms

We offer a split payment options for all orders at checkout. Customers will be able to select one of the following options:

  • 50% Deposit. Balance 15 days.
  • 50% Deposit. Balance 30 days.

The balance will be charged automatically in 15 or 30 days - according to the customer’s selection - and the order will be shipped to your address once the final payment is processed

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your card is lost, stolen or replaced and you have selected a Pre-Order or Split Payment method please contact WARDROBE.NYC to update the credit card information linked to your order.

If we attempt to charge your card and the payment cannot be processed, we will make two attempts to contact you via email.  If a customer cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will forfeit the deposit amount.


Wardrobe does not store any credit card data. All credit card information for domestic orders are stored securely by Stripe.  All credit card information for international orders are stored securely by Flow Commerce.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact customer care immediately. Once an order is shipped from our warehouse we will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.


Wardrobe offers a full refund for all purchases provided that the customer notifies us in writing within 5 days of order receipt. To apply for a return and refund, contact us by email at customercare@wardrobe.nyc

For international orders outside the United States, customers enter into a payment contract with Flow Commerce Inc. Flow Commerce Inc is responsible for processing refunds, chargebacks and any dispute management. Additional support is provided by contacting Flow Commerce – help@flow.io

Notifications and Tracking

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a second email with a link to track your package.

All orders are fully traceable. Domestic orders are shipped with UPS. International orders are shipped with DHL.

We suggest contacting the courier company directly with your tracking number, if you have questions regarding your shipment, and the expected delivery date.
