Our business model

We design modern essentials for women and men. These pieces are carefully considered and combined into wardrobe sets - available only as a single purchase.

Designed in NYC and made in Italy, we produce in limited quantity, and exceptional quality. WARDROBE.NYC is available exclusively via our website, with no traditional retail margins. This approach allows unprecedented value for true luxury goods.

Our fabric sourcing and manufacturing practices

All of our garments are developed and produced in Italy exclusively for WARDROBE.NYC. Our fabrics are of the finest quality - sourced from leading Italian textile mills. We employ the best processes and manufacturing standards to create a true luxury product.

Can I buy single items?

We offer our pieces as part of a complete wardrobe set. Once you become a wardrobe customer, you may ‘top-up’ any item in your wardrobe as an individual purchase. Contact Customer Care to arrange your ‘top-up’. 

Can I select a size for each item?

Yes, you may select a size for each individual item within the wardrobe.

Can I add an additional item to my wardrobe?

Once you become a wardrobe customer, you may add any item in your wardrobe as an individual purchase. Contact Customer Care to complete your wardrobe with individual items.

Can I exchange an item, or multiple items from my order?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange any item(s) from your wardrobe purchase, within 5 business days of receipt. Items may be exchanged for the same item, in a different size. For more information, visit Exchanges and Returns.

Can I return an item for a credit or refund?

You may only obtain a credit or refund for the return of your entire wardrobe. We do not offer credits or refunds for individual items. For more information, visit Exchanges and Returns.

Do you offer free exchanges and returns?

We provide a one-time free exchange or return on all orders. For more information, visit Exchanges and Returns.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic (USA) and international orders. For more information, visit Shipping & Taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Will I be charged any additional duties and taxes?

Most international orders are delivered Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Russia, India and Indonesia are delivered Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). For more information, visit Shipping & Taxes.

When will I receive my order?

After processing, standard ground shipping within the USA will take 3-5 business days depending on the shipping address and time of year. Shipments to the East Coast will usually take 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International shipping will take 3-5 days via DHL.
